Sports Therapy is where I bring together my skills in massage, acupuncture and sports rehab to kickstart the treatment process! Massage is a key part of the treatment process and often the first step in a treatment plan. Although sports massage is useful for relieving tightness and aiding mobility, it’s not going to fix your body. This is where my approach is different, massage therapy together with a functional movement plan and acupuncture if required is the best way to address your body’s needs. This helps to ensure you get the maximum benefit from our therapy, and achieve full fitness as quick as possible.


Acupuncture

Andrea is a German qualified medical doctor, graduated at Philipps University Marburg and trained in anaesthesiology at Klinikum Kassel.

Andrea is trained in medical and traditional acupuncture, as well as Neural Therapy, Medical Naturopathy (medical herbal medicine, nutritional therapy, and microbiological therapy), Kinesiology Taping and Manu-fit (a gentle manual technique).


Counselling

Providing therapeutic counselling for adults, children and young people with a wide range of emotional challenges.

Manual Lymphatic Drainage

MLD is recommended by surgeons as a pre and post surgical treatment for a variety of procedures. Justine and Jenny treat a range of conditions all associated with the lymphatic system as well as cancer and post cancer care.

Elizabeth provides reflexology and massage therapy, including pregnancy treatments.

She draws on her skills and knowledge of relaxation and remedial bodywork techniques to help people living with pain related conditions from muscle tension and those experiencing stress and anxious feelings to manage these.

Gina's ethos is to support the body as a whole. The interventions she recommends target her clients’ main problems first and foremost whilst at the same time providing support for the whole body. The objective is to enhance clients wellbeing by easing health issues and elevating health.

Rubina's approach encompasses a combination of structural, classical and cranial osteopathy, tailored to each individual respecting their uniqueness.


Psychotherapy

Zoe combines psychotherapy with body-based techniques such as hypnotherapy, brainspotting and somatic belief reprogramming, to help clients understand why they feel and act the way they do.

Zoe is an accredited member of the National Counselling and Psychotherapy Society and works with individuals of all ages.

Having worked as a nurse in the NHS for 20 years, Jenny was diagnosed with lipedema in 2019 and discovered first hand the limitations in understanding the condition, its treatment and management. She began receiving Manual Lymphatic Drainage in late 2020 and noticed improvements in her pain symptoms and heaviness in her legs.
